We are seeking a team member for the position of Manager of Ad Operations.

Summary:
The Manager of Ad Operations oversees the execution and optimization of paid media advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional advertising operations, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven campaigns.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the setup and launch of paid media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Display Networks, and Programmatic Advertising platforms, as well as, traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure campaign objectives are clearly defined and implemented effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Manage ad trafficking, tagging, and creative asset management to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Implement best practices for ad operations, including ad placement, targeting, and optimization strategies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting, working closely with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and achieving client objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, including ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising, and incorporate them into campaign strategies and recommendations.

Here are some of the skills and qualifications we are looking for in a Manager of Ad Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Display Networks, and Programmatic Advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in ad operations tools and platforms, such as Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and ad serving technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Additional Recommended Qualifications:
  • Experience with specific marketing technologies, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with marketing automation software
